Everything I ate in a day halfway through my pregnancy 🤟🏽🍓🥩 pregnancy is not a time for me to slack on my habits and goals. It is a time where I really try and find my most disciplined self. I still strive to drink a gallon of water, hit 150 to 160 g of protein, and keep my diet mostly the same. 🍓 Supplements @rookiewellness immunity, @try_create_ creatine gummies, @pwdrs electrolytes first thing every morning! Breakfast I’m a repeater over here! Two eggs, 100 g of egg whites, turkey, bacon, sourdough, and protein coffee ☕️ Lunch Sirloin steak, mashed avocado, bell peppers, and onions, rice topped with Trader Joe’s sweet jalapeños, 🍚 Snack Chobani zero sugar Greek yogurt, 110 g of cottage cheese, berries, 1/2 of a banana and a little honey to top it off 🍌 Dinner smoked teriyaki dijon salmon, pan, seared zucchini, and rice 🍣 Night cap @rookiewellness sleep, protein, hot cocoa, with one cup of fat free fair life milk, topped with whipped cream🥛 all of this equals to a little over 160 g of protein 🤰🏽🍌🥩🤟🏽 #fulldayofeating #highprotein #pregnancyjourney #macrocounting
