Honestly the Paula’s choice BHA exfoliant has done wonders for my acne. I never dealt with it much in my teens or 20s and for whatever in my 30s it’s gone haywire. I also have oily skin. Just a suggestion.

I personally haven’t had any negative experience with 345 cream. I’m currently on my second tube and I use it morning and night after serums and before spf. I love how light but also hydrating and soothing it is!

Also try the cocokind electrolyte water cream! As a fellow acne girlie, it’s been helping me a lot. It’s light but feels so moisturizing

Ya samee I got the 345 thinking it would help my skin and I believe it made it worse, since stopping it it’s gotten better. I’ve started using the 1004 Azelaic acid one night and good molecules mandelic acid 2x a week on nights I don’t use azelaic

Olivia J 🫧Esthetician :
hi licensed esthetician here! don’t be afraid with everyone saying that the 345 cream broke them out. some people are sensitive to niacinamide and or botanicals like tea tree and central and green tea. Everyone’s skin is different and has different triggers especially for acne or fungal acne response. if you know you are sensitive to these ingredients then they might flare your acne but if you have used there’s ingredients before then you are safe. There is no way to know before you try, what broke someone out terribly can be amazing for your skin. Real world example— Some people are deathly allergic to peanut butter while others it’s a great source of protein and flavor!!

Hormonal acne starts with inside your body, I would buy zinc supplements, DIM supplements, and drink some spearmint tea every day or at least three times a week. You need to regulate your hormones before you try to fix what’s going on your face, I know this because I had hormonal acne. ❤️also the water you use to wash your face is a big thing. I would recommend getting a shower filter. I have this one and it’s done tremendous things for my skin.

the 345 is good when using azelaic acid...but after my skin clears up I'm gonna limit the use. I'm naturally oily 😫

I use the 345 cream and the prequel barrier therapy skin protectant cream (the big one). My face used to burn with even super sensitive products and it hasn’t since. I also use lactic acid, adapalene gel, the prequel gleanser, and I’ve begun eating better and I’m finally getting my old skin back. I don’t have bad breakouts anymore, just a few cystic around the beginning of my cycle :)

345 is reformulated to be acne/fungal acne safe! Just check the ingredients and if you see PDRN, it's the newer formula!
