@israel_food_channel: אין כמו שניצל חם, פריך ומוזהב שיוצא ישר מהמחבת! המתכון הזה לוקח קוביית טופו פשוטה והופך אותה לשניצלים עסיסיים עם ציפוי זעתר ושומשום שפשוט אי אפשר להפסיק לנשנש! בשיתוף ליב אורגניק מרכיבים: ל 8-9 שניצלים עם הטופו של ליב שהוא מושלם לשניצלים: חבילת טופו ״ליב״. שמן עמוק לטיגון לבלילה רטובה: 5 כפות גדושות קמח 1 כף קטשופ 1 כפית חרדל ½ כפית פפריקה מתוקה ½ כפית מלח (או לפי הטעם) בין ½ ל-¾ כוס מים (להוסיף בהדרגה עד להגעה למרקם כמו בלילה של פנקייק) לציפוי היבש: 2 כוסות פירורי לחם ½ עד 1 כוס שומשום (אנחנו שמות כוס) 1 כף גדושה זעתר מלח לפי הטעם אופן ההכנה : 1 מכינים את הטופו: פותחים את חבילת הטופו ומייבשים אותה מכל הצדדים בעזרת נייר סופג (טופו יבש סופג את הבלילה יותר טוב). 2 טיפ לצורה מושלמת: קוטמים את ארבעת הקצוות של קוביית הטופו. זה מעניק לפרוסות צורה עגולה/אליפטית של שניצל קלאסי!
