@shaygrounded: Replying to @Erica Oropeza Sleep is a work in progress lol I’m trying A LOT of different things to help myself. #HealingJourney #healthylifestyle #holisticliving #pregnancy #naturalweightloss
I’m plus size and I’ve had one baby. The top of my stomach was very hard like you see in skinny pregnant people, but the bottom never got hard. Not sure if you experienced that yet but it’s really common in plus size pregnancies.

Literally found out I’m pregnant yesterday, I haven’t slept more than 2 hours per night, in two weeks, so my husband was like, “go test now!” I’m 7 weeks and was def in denial 😅

My sleep has gone to crap too!!!! I was the same way where I could always sleep and now I toss and turn all night if I’m not waking up to pee.

Those pains you’re describing are really sounding like round ligament stretching! Mine always hurts badly when I change positions suddenly or sneeze. Feels like a stab!

I’m 21 weeks and I sat up screaming “get out of here!!” the other night. My husband JUMPED up ready to fight someone and I just laid down and went back to sleep when I realized it was a dream. 😂

I’ve always dabbled with insomnia here and there, so mine wasn’t too noticeable until toward the end of my pregnancy. But the vivid dreams were crazy!! Right through the whole pregnancy!

As a fellow obese girly, did you have any troubles TTC? Sorry if that is too personal but I have not been able to find many people to relate to on that!

My sleep went to shit. I was 280lbs when I gave birth.
I will say I slept better when she got here. New born sleep is better than pregnancy sleep.

I used to be a good sleeper too! Now not so much. My lower back has been absolutely killing me though already and I am 14 weeks as well. But I figured it was because I have the extra weight on top of everything happening so that pain happened sooner for me. I do get my steps in, but oh my God it feels like such a chore to do it.
