i think 100% it is a good pigmented blush but the marketing is a bit wrong since like you said almost every blush will do this when you load up the brush so much. if you were to dip it in once like how you’d use it on a regular basis it would not appear like that

I think that the cream shade doesn’t match the powder shade that comes with it, like the second one you showed, the cream is a coral shade and the powder a bubblegum shade, don’t know if I’m the only one that thinks that
