One of my biggest fears: wasted hair potential when I love my hair this much. Protecting it at all costs. Backstory: I had severe hair loss. Even though nutrition is important, and I’m always saying to make sure you’re not low in iron or lacking protein etc, I actually had no deficiencies when I was dealing with hair loss. I was burnt out, dealing with grief, past traumas and honestly denying that “burnout” even existed. That eventually led to prolonged stress and chronic TE, which also affected my hormones. From the outside, you couldn’t really see what was going on. But my body was aching, and my hair paid the biggest price. The hair loss also made me less motivated to care for my hair because I was watching it disappear so quickly. Hair oiling and scalp stimulation with the right natural and potent ingredients were the very first steps in getting me back into caring for my hair. I didn’t want formulas full of fillers, unnecessary ingredients or heavily diluted oils. And I absolutely did not want to use minoxidil. I wanted to go back to traditional remedies and ingredients that had been used and have worked for generations of women before me, including those connected to my Persian roots. That’s how @MO’MANE came about. And I haven’t looked back since. If you’re dealing with hair loss or simply want to grow healthy hair, I have a lot of video’s up about it on my profile and keep sharing tips and video’s on my growth progress. #hairtransformation #hairloss #hairgrowth #scalphealth #momanehairgrowthoil
