Realistically this argument can be used for anything you don't agree with or are ignorant about, as long as you believe no one can convince you otherwise so you ignore evidence and stick to personal opinions. for example, 'I don't believe space exists' or 'I believe the earth is flat'. I can therefore hold either of those two opinions even if there's substantial evidence of the contrary

well not really, because you might not have found the evidence yet, it doesnt mean its not there you're still alive, you're still breathing and to be honest, I think it's clear you know god exists, you dont have any evidence for things creating themselves, that goes against everything you DO have evidence for. maybe you're just talking about the religion you're supposed to follow, in which case, if you're seeking truth im sure you'll find it

See this is my issue with religion. God cannot be perfect, all good, all knowing, all present and then proceed to show that he is flawed, evil, ignorant, and absent. Because now it begs the question: if god is real, why does he choose to play in my and everybody else's faces?
