Main ny fardi mosasay main transfer lia tha, ab kafeel contact main nahe hy. new company nay request send ki thi qiwa par, main ny accept kr li, laykin main ny contract terminate nahe kia tha, 60 days notice period tha ab 28 din reh gaya hy kam ho k, kia 28 din k baad mayra transfer ho jae ga , new company ny approved kr di hy laykin purana kafeel ko maloom b nahe by shyd k main ny accept ki hoi hy, abi mayry contract main 5 month rehty hain or iqama main 6 month hain ... please guide karain...

aslamoalikom. sir g. reply zarore Dena. mera 2 years ka contract h abi mere dosre company s bat chal rahy Mera Iqama mi 5 months baqi h our Mera contract mi abi 8 months baqi h . Kya mi transfer le skata ho . our dosre bat mi pehla azad Visa pi ta phr bad mi is company mi transfer Kya ta . notice period mera 2 months ka h . abi y log Mera khelaf Koy case vagera karskta h.
