In 2022, Güd Life Co. launched a nearly identically named sunscreen line — and Richardson says the similarities in name, marketing, and slogans are no coincidence, especially since the company filed a trademark application just two days after he began speaking out publicly. What am I missing? Just the name is slightly similar. Theres Guüd Skincare in the UK way started before 2022, how do we know he didn’t copy his from them. Sorry but this is what all businesses do, start off from an idea either organic or seen elsewhere.
