@goatrodeogoods: Here's what happens to the pickle jars when we have eaten the pickles around here The short version, nothing fancy. Some are holding pens, some are holding screws, and one's back in the fridge doing round 2 on brine. We don't dress it up as a system. They are good jars, and if you didn't know, the labels actually stay on when you put them through the dishwasher. So, they make excellent, very fun glassware. We doesn't actually own any glasses in the office and just uses jars (the cucumber pickle jars are best for iced coffee. The pickled onion jars are the perfect gin and tonic size). And if you ever run out of uses, recycle it or buy another jar of pickles and start again. We'd take that outcome too
