The powerful drone display takes shape ahead of the 25th anniversary of the attacks, with each light representing a victim whose memory lives on. Retired NYPD officer James Smith, who lost his wife, Officer Moira Smith, says the tribute also honors the friends and fellow officers he lost that day and urges New Yorkers to remember their sacrifice.
