The glimpses of potential are what you’re holding onto. The open loop with no explanation or closure has you feeling disoriented and ruminating more than you’d like. Accepting the reality that their capacity doesn’t allow for them to fully lean into what you had in the beginning is how you will close that loop. I know it hurts. Trust me I do.
