Our evil governor is the one who implemented all new buildings to have electrical stove and that not gas stove. I want nothing to do with a new building electrical stoves are horrible. They don’t cook the same as a gas stove :)

You will have to improvise buy yourself propane stoves because what you want is not going to change the building mangerment companies dont care about your tenants problems.Its happening all over to the new buildings and even old buildings that has been converted to electric.
