I had back back and ass acne that (sometimes) up until I was 24 and got cancer. one great side effect of chemo is it literally makes every pimple you have come out at once (very painful) so like all the pimples that were forming, the ones already up, all of them come to a head.. pop them and they don't come back. I have probably had 10 total back and or ass pimples since chemo and I am 40 now.

This type of thing is seen commonly in men, especially those with hormone imbalances or those who utilize steroids. I would suggest looking into acutane, as that is what most professional bodybuilders who experience a significant increase in back acne and chest acne use to mitigate outbreaks
