So basically, regardless of the evidence that one juror basically wanted to have her found guilty of murder, even though he said he had reasonable doubt and tried to sway the other jurors

Not one of those jurors had the fluid reasoning or critical thinking skills to consider HOW she came to be absolutely drenched from head to toe, laying paralysed and in extreme hypothermia next to a garden hose, despite only down there for a very short time. JFC, a "jury of your peers" sounds like a threat.
