got married this past saturday! buried a sausage at the venue on friday night, down poured alllll morning until an hour before the ceremony and it was clear the rest of the time! got good luck from rain, and then good weather for the actual wedding. forever believing in the sausage!!!

We did this for my sisters wedding in May, it had rained all week and was raining at the rehearsal dinner when we buried the sausage! On Saturday it was a beautiful day !

We did this the night before my best friends wedding and it rained for the first couple hours of the day…..& then the rain held off for a week🥲

This worked!!! It did rain, but it started as soon as cocktail hour started inside and then stopped as soon as the reception started!!! So we had a rainless ceremony and reception!

It rained the morning of my wedding and it was a forest venue. We had our ceremony scheduled for three in the afternoon. By 11 AM, the clouds had cleared up, the sun was shining and it was the most beautiful day of my life (so far). It didn’t rain on us at all the rest of the day!
