My husband lost it when I walked down the aisle, my dad patted my arm and told me “slow down, this is the last time we share the same last name, I wanna savor this moment” and then everything at once I had to hold the ugliest “don’t cry” face known to man hahaha I would redo my wedding day over and over and over again. It was perfect.

One of my favorite things about weddings is watching the groomsmen during this part of the ceremony. Honestly, I feel like I’m going to cry watching this. I love when men have genuinely close, intimate, friendships, and when the bride walks down the aisle is usually one of the greatest displays of this.

We recently had my fiance's bridal shower and we did the game where its questions like "who is the morning person" "who is the messiest" and the final question was "who is gonna cry first at the wedding" and every single person there said it would be me. They are 100% right, I tear up just thinking about seeing my gorgeous fiance walking down the aisle. She means the world to me, I am going to be doing my damndest to not sob up at the alter 😂😭 I keep practicing reading my vows and I can barely make it through without getting choked up
