if you go to the doctor, i would get checked for a parasite!! i got one in thailand or cambodia and had very similar symptoms (it takes weeks to appear)! they gave me antibiotics that were game changing!!

You're dehydrated! Water isn't enough to replace what you've lost in the past couple days. Try to find some electrolyte powder (oral rehydration salts) or chicken stock if you can't find those where you are. Start sipping on it throughout the day until you can drink more.
