I am someone who believes she did it (disclaimer), bu people should be aware of the fact that many ppl will agree to plead guilty, even if they're not necessarily guilty, because they would rather take the plea deal then risk a trial that ends in them getting a worse sentence.

Its kinda alarming to see how many people think the prosecutions job changes with the words of the defendent. Hatred of this woman seems to have convinced people that "innocent until proven guilty" isn't something to value any longer.

If a client hires someone to represent them, and speak for them, and that person (who is speaking for them) says “my client did it”, is that not the same as the client saying “I did it”…. because the client hired that person… to speak for them….
