guys i worked at a spirit halloween and all the cameras are fake BUT we had people put on staff JUST to follow people around who we thought were stealing. 😭 I would pretend to tie my shoe multiple times a day so i didn’t look suspicious following customers. My boss was 19 years old and she would FIGHT anyone that stole. She cursed a teen out and took her Raybans…..so the cameras don’t work but they sure don’t play

I worked for spirit for legit a month and the loss prevention manager came at me questioning if my brother in law stole costumes because they had a video of a black man with locs stealing a kids costume. Mind you, he looked NOTHING like my brother in law, who doesn’t even have kids 💀
