im not necessarily fat but I do have a bug belly most of the time you can see it through shirts I know I have a big belly inflation just dont care everyone lives their life and I just cant find the motivation to start lifting what could normally become routine requires a conscious choice and making a conscious choice everytime is just too exhausting
