@desert_bloom_diaries: Another juror from the Lindsay Clancy trial has spoken out, and somehow the deliberation-room story gets even more concerning. Juror Nick Dargie says the holdout removed one of the exercise bands from the evidence bag, wrapped it around a water bottle and demonstrated what he believed happened. Dargie says he immediately confronted him about it. Between this and what the other jurors have described… I have SO many questions about what was happening in that deliberation room. why did he have a phone? That in itself is a distraction. Are they allowed to use PEDs while in court/deliberation? Anyone may be influenced or contacted by the outside to sway one way of the other.
