INGREDIENTS: ● Toast bread – 1 large slice ● Eggs – 2–3 pcs ● Salt – to taste ● Red pepper flakes – to taste ● Vegetable oil or butter – for frying ● Grated mozzarella cheese – 30 g ● Cheddar cheese – 2 slices ● Ham – 2 slices ● Tomato – 2 thin slices INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut a large slice of toast bread into 4 equal strips. 2. Lightly grease a skillet with vegetable oil or butter and place the bread strips parallel to each other. 3. Beat the eggs with salt and a little red pepper flakes. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread strips, allowing the eggs to fill the spaces between the pieces and lightly cover the bread. 5. Sprinkle about 30 g of grated mozzarella into the spaces beside the bread. 6. Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are mostly set. 7. Carefully flip the omelet with a spatula so the bread strips are now directly on the skillet. 8. Place the cheddar slices over the toast strips. 9. Fold the edges of the omelet inward to fit the size of the toast. 10. Place the ham slices, cut in half lengthwise, over one half of the omelet. 11. Add two thin slices of tomato on top of the ham. 12. Fold the other half of the omelet over the filling to create a sandwich. 13.
