Do you just watch the charts all day waiting for good crt setups or do you have some sort of alert set up? CRT has been cooking when I catch it but I’m not able to watch it all day waiting for a setup

Today I thought I had a good setup for CRT on 15 min to the upside. I got the sweep I wanted. Then I made sure a 5 min closed above the blue line. As soon as it closed, I made entry. It almost instantly went the opposite direction. What I do wrong? How can I avoid this?

And with the day being so choppy with my options, I just traded a straddle whenever the price was in the middle of the highs and lows of the day, so as it moved in the direction of the Call and that was positive several hundred dollars, I would cash out and then as it came back down, the put would be positive and I would cash out of that
