The fact that Great Britain is such a big player on the international stage and has the second highest GDP in Europe is proof that it has NOT failed. The only people claiming that it has are those that have a problem with non-white people being here. It's all in their heads. As for crime, statistically, the UK is SIGNIFICANTLY safer now than it was 20 years ago. Every measurement of success shows that the UK is doing well with the population it has.
