@nusmomx4: Take care of yourself! Make the appointment! Fight for a test you need! Take care of yourself! #realityoflife #hearthealthy #rip #tomorrowisntpromised
That’s an incredible odds. Woah. Yes, and it doesn’t matter the age!! My fiancé passed away when we were 25, solely from poor health and not taking the proper steps with doctors 😔 it happens to literally anyone 💔

Yes its really important. Especially because majority of people in America 70%-80%will get high blood pressure and cardiovascular issues as they get older 35 plus but, also especially if you are a women of color including asians and pacific islanders. Many of us have a genetic predisposition of heart disease. So knowing your family history also helps you know your risks and if wanted theirs genetic testing out of pocket if you really want to know what genes you have that connect to certain diseases so you can be proactive for me its uterine cancer for my husband it’s Alzheimer’s disease.
