Damn! I knew this day would come. Good news prospective buyers, let those homes sit on the market until they take them off-market or lower the prices. Dont buy into the hype. Dont buy now. Wait. Take your time and save up more money for your EMD—lower mortgage payments. You dont buy those over-priced, over-appraised, older, used homes they have no choice. That is how buyers affect the buyer’s market. Refuse those high prices bc lots more homes where that one came from.
