weird ba na I like Figure skating being this niche sport that only people who can appreciate it’s art and flow, kasi Basketball can be larped and talked for the sake of talking but when you talk about figure skating you’re expressing your emotions, understanding, and connection to the art of the sport.

I really did hope the Philippines also took notice of talents that could be taken to major competitions like figure skating. For a tropical country where ice rinks are so rare and expensive, seeing one of our own compete at the Olympics is such a great achievement for both the country and the skater. Olympic level competitions are never easy to achieve but never impossible. With enough support, guidance, and encouragement, I can see more Filipinos at World Championships 💗

Many Filipinos are good, if not extraordinary with other sports like figure skating, tennis, chess, etc. but sadly they don't get enough recognition :(( basketball mostly gets the fame aside from volleyball, but I hope all athletes from every sport get the recognition they deserve for serving the Philippines in the Olympics🥹
