Step-by-Step Head Assembly Ford 2.2 TDCI PUMA — Torque, Angles, Sealant. • We’re continuing work on the same engine as in the previous video — a Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi (P8FA), 63 kW, front-wheel drive model (produced between 2006 and 2012). This is the next episode in the full engine rebuild series. • In this video, I’ll show the installation of the cylinder head, the correct tightening sequence of the head bolts, as well as the installation of the camshafts and rocker shaft assembly. This engine has a few specific features: the cylinder head bolts come in two diameters — 10 bolts of 10 mm and 8 bolts of 8 mm, each requiring different tightening torques and angles. The video covers the entire tightening sequence, torque values, and rotation angles step by step. • The camshaft carrier is installed with sealant only, without a gasket. The rocker shaft is mounted using the original bolts, even though they require a 30° final tightening angle in the second stage.
