I don’t know about anywhere else, but I do know in the state of Florida if the keys into the vehicle are within arms reach while you sit in the driver seat of the vehicle you will get a Dui crazy thing. One of my friends got a DUI with the keys outside of the car on the tire of his truck. He was also sitting in the driver seat. Just do not sit in the driver seat of the vehicle and put your keys in the bed of the truck or the glove box also, if they ask you where the keys are I do not know a friend drove me here. Ask them where the keys are.

He’s literally sitting in the truck and it’s off so therefore he wasn’t going anywhere so they cannot charge him when you DUI if they do SUE!!!
