I don't know why we've ever been listening to any of the attorneys mid-trial which we're still in. It's all theatre. He held it open because it benefitted his client at that time. He's not closed it but has left it cracked because it benefits his client at this time. He's left it cracked enough to open it again as needed. It's not Reddington or Lindsay's responsibility to either accuse nor exonerate Patrick. Why would we be placing more responsibility onto her? If we can't tell who did it, this pressure & responsibility lies solely with the commonwealth. Why isn't the commonwealth readily accepting this responsibility? The only way I see Redd taking any of this on is because it somehow benefits his client.
