Omg I suffer with this soooo bad !! No water on your face at all no creams the doctor should give you a steroid cream 10% but apply it thick and leave it on a couple off hours before rubbing it in !! I found the dermol cleanser/cream made my face sooo much worse. Just try not to touch your face and nothing on there !!xx

Don’t even bother with the antibiotics, I was put on them for 3 months, stopped taking them 5 days ago and it’s come back already🥲 steroid cream is so far the only thing that has worked, try the cerave cleanser and moisturising cream also xx
