Start ups were the worse the companies I worked at. I did it during the startup boom around 10 years ago. There’s lack of infrastructure, no HR and extremely unprofessional. They also mostly are all dissolved by now which has been an issue for millennials in the job market when we get asked for employee verification by HR. Verify what?!? The company doesn’t exist.
