I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the nail salon over the years and eventually I just stopped going because it was too expensive and since being on my savings and debt payoff journey, I knew that I had to cut back in certain areas and the nail salon was one of the first things to go. I’m still on my financial journey, but I am looking for ways to cut back while still enjoying the things that I love at a more affordable price point. And one of the things that I switched over are my nails…so instead of just not having my nails done at all, I now go with these press ons. They last me two weeks and take about 10 minutes to apply and I’m good to go. I get compliments on these all the time and honestly I don’t know if I’ll go back to the salon after I hit my financial goals…we’ll see.
