I interviewed for a receptionist at a vineyard that also has cabins. The interviewer asked me what I would do if someone brought a penguin even though they don’t allow pets. I said I would tell them that we don’t allow pets and cannot accommodate the penguin. That wasn’t the answer she was looking for. She asked me to try again two more times. I still have no clue what she was looking for in an answer. I was dumbfounded.

*electrician here* they ask me technical questions about equipment that they didn’t have. And when I didn’t know the specific name of what they were asking, I ask him if they had that type of equipment out there and he said “no” so I then ask “why are you asking me these questions then”. I took the job bc the money was really good. But that should’ve been a sign. I didn’t even work there for 3 months after hr screwed my paycheck up and blamed me for it.
