You were by our side through so many versions of us, and loving you was one of the greatest privileges of our lives. You were such a huge piece of our hearts, and you always will be. We’ll miss the sound of your little bells around the house and your footsteps following us down the hall. We’ll miss your nudges when you wanted cuddles, your howl when you were excited, your paws near by whenever mommy was cooking in the kitchen, the little hops you did when your favorite people arrived, and all your squirrels scattered around the house. We’ll miss our nights spent staring at the stars together and every adventure that felt a little more special simply because you were there. It’s all the little things we would give anything to experience just one more time. Thank you for growing alongside us, for loving us so unconditionally, and for giving us 7 beautiful years of memories. I hope you knew, every single day, just how deeply you were loved. Our home will never feel the same without you, and we will miss you for the rest of our lives. Rest peacefully, Rocky. You were the best boy, and you always will be.
