I was a Diva cup girl for a little while a few years back and I liked it in theory, but in practice, it was not the right time in my life to be a cup girlie 😅 Anywho, I’m back on my bullshit and I used a Flex cup my last cycle bc it has a loop you can put my finger through and pull bc sometimes I would be fighting for my life trying to grip the stem on the Diva cup with my nails. But the loop on the Flex cup is connected to the rim, so if you have to pull it a little hard to break the suction, it’ll become inverted and a bit messier and fussier than I can tolerate. So I have the Viv cup in my cart as we speak, bc it looks like it has a loop that stands on it’s own. I’m looking forward to trying it and happy to come back here to share my notes once I get it if anyone wants more TMI, lol, but just dropping this PSA for the girlies who are considering making the switch.
