I feel like we need to normalize staying at corporate jobs where we love the environment instead of constantly trying to job hop for the sake of climbing the ladder. Stability is good!

whenever i feel burnt out at the job i've been at for 12 years, i remember i'm doing ok, it's never as bad as i believe, and it's literally just a job/means to an end. the grass isn't always greener. it MIGHT be but maybe my nervous system can't handle that risk like it could in my 20s 😅

I hear ya. I left a big reputable company to try tech startup. It was great til it wasn’t. Left burned out with nothing lined up- had to take what came my way- and now I’m laid off as part of company sale. Back to square one 😂

Got laid off from my favorite job after 6 years. Got a new job but hated it so much I left after 2 months to another job I was overly excited for. 2 months in and I hate this one too 😭 Wondering if I too need to go find my 4th corporate job

I was at my first job for five years and my last role there was the work I like best, then left and bounced around different full time jobs had a lay off, freelance and side gigs for the next five years. I feel you. I also left my first job for similar reasons! The older I got I learned all jobs have struggles and stress and politics - it's different from toxic. Aka no job is perfect!
