Honestly, I just call the paramedics 😆 if all my vitals are good, I get the temporary reassurance I need. I am going back to therapy though.

I used to always go hospital because of my symptoms now I’m to anxious to go to a hospital or have tests in case they find something so I just sit at home with my symptoms I hate health anxiety 😭😭

I have health anxiety 🥲but now it’s really serious I saw blood on my stool 2 months ago it hasn’t stopped bleeding so I’m just worrying about it if it’s colon cancer

I had to develop a mindset that if I don't have a fever and I'm not throwing up blood or bleeding from my rear then I'm not going. I've also been reading The Dare Response. it's a good book
