I can’t imagine the amount of ptsd dispatchers must have. You always hear about police, EMS and firefighters with ptsd because of what they see. I’m also a first responder and that’s a very valid point. But with what dispatchers have to hear those voices are embedded in their minds. I applaud dispatchers because they are the first line of responders
