my daughter will eat until she throws up. I have to really watch her portions and make sure she's not over eating. I thought she was the only one who did this..she's also on the spectrum

Girl, I get this. I went through that with my oldest. At school, we decided on letting him have gum to help him focus. now he's grown and he rips paper etc. into a bunch of little pieces. sensory 💯!
