such a bittersweet feeling cause you know its cause hes so busy taking care of the entire family working 24/7 so i dont want to sit here and actually be mad at him but its been almost 20 years and still cant even say me and my dad have the kind of connection that i see with most people we just talk about stuff i think are interesting for like 10-15 minutes then gives me a lectue about the whole topic when all i wanted to do was tell my dad something i find cool and when i know hes just trying to add on and make it more interesting but all i wanted was for him to listen to me be happy about something and actually listen my dad doesn’t know shit about me and i tell him all the time been telling my parents ive been wanted to do real estate and marketing for 3 years now im been studying with a book and everything and a college calls my father and they aak about my interest and he says i wanted to be a surgeon (i told him that when i was 10…) i love the fuck out of the guy hut i cant help but feel like ive missed such a big part of our friendship and at the same time i understand why it was so hard and he never had the time cause he was just trying to make sure we were provided and happy but i jus wanted my dad man
