My dad a few years ago was convinced he’d become gluten intolerant (I’m gluten intolerant so he knew what the symptoms are) He started limiting his gluten intake, no luck, then switched after a few weeks to a completely gluten free diet, but was still having “toilet trouble” which as he drives a lot for his job wasn’t ideal. He listed what he ate a day, and said the only other thing were his werthers he ate while driving. I knew he ate these sometimes, he’d have one maybe two when I’d visit my sister with him (in a 2 hour journey), but I asked how many he ate. He said half to a whole bag. My dad is diabetic, so he has the sugar free versions which if you’ve had sugar free sweets they cause a laxative effect…. So he went back to eating gluten and stopped with the car sweets and he’s fine now

SO, clearly today was my LAST delivery of @Tic Tac Thank goodness my issue was that I wasn’t actually “under eating” my plan so no weight gain just complete embarrassment over my lack of common sense!!!!!!!
