You dont have to replace the hole turbo the waste gate actuator is mounted to the turbo by 4 bolts and the hole mechanism is replaceable from the valve to the arm. Mamba turbo have grate kits for that

Some engines injectors make ticking sound 🙂 it’s funny how gasoline car can sound more diesel than diesel when running idle 😁

Its better to listen for it on deceleration when your fuel cuts. index injectors are also really loud and sound like wastegate rattle

thats a lifter tick or Injectors , wasgate sound only comes when the rpm are coming down (unless you have a very loose gate it will rattle while idle) , you can fix that wastgate rattle by getting wastagate kit , you dont have to replace the turbo..

Been dealing with for bout a couple weeks and i finally figured out it was the waste gate never order a new turbo so fast 😂

i had boost pressure low issue on sprint acceleration, i changed solenoid, vaccum line, charge,boost pipe, bov and found at end my wastegate actuator was not snug at 7hg of vaccum , so i replaced that actuator and recalibrate the arm and not its hunting on streets again, i think it was eorth replacing all factory weak parts first
