This man does not know what is saying? Corruption in subsidy are bigger and multi facets that cannot be erased completely. In a system like this if you cannot eliminate it you contain with a system that all Corrupted parties wont have choice than to comply. 100% sure your option will message up things for Nigerian because many leaders has tried it and achieve nothing.
