This happens all the time with USPS, too. I get several a week. It’s all automated. Click that little “dispute” button there and type “dimensions and weights were correct on the original label” — I’ve done this probably a hundred times (literally) and they’ve canceled the upcharge every single time.

August 13th was a Thursday. Monday the 17th would be correct. it's two business days. and the weight is dimensional weight. it's basically the minimum for the actual volume of the box.

idk if ups has the same rules but USPS refunded my entire shipping cost when something didn't arrive on time. I'd fight to get the entire $88 back not just $13

14” is the internal dimensions of the box. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying LxWxH and dividing by 166 for domestic rates. You pay for the amount of room it takes up on the plane, regardless of actual weight

That’s a rip off and may be worth the complaint to get the 13 dollars back. If they had a valid reason to change the price, it should have been done when they received the package. … I thought the two day shipping didn’t include weekends (unless even more is paid). Otherwise drop of on 8/13, delivered on 8/17 would be right.

usps.com click n ship priority mail is the way. big discount when you open an account. 18% to 24% discount when you log in. next day express mail if shipped by by 4pm. I love USPS but my product doesn't weigh more than 2 pounds.
