@elainenailspa: There’s a common way to apply chrome: apply gel, top coat, rub in the chrome, then seal it again with top coat. But if you want to speed up the process, try this little trick 👀 After applying the gel, remove the sticky layer. Dip your applicator into isopropyl alcohol. I mix 70% and 99% alcohol 50/50. While the applicator is still wet, dip it into the chrome powder and rub it into the nail.
