I bought the stainless cutting board too. My husband had a fit. He sells stainless, he said stainless dulls your knives.

fyi you need to hone and sharpen your blade almost every time you use your chef knives or any knives on a metal cutting board, rule of thumb don't buy metal it dulls the knives very quickly. great video tho love fried squash

I fry mine in butter , dip in egg, coat it with flour and fry to brown on both sides. But this looks yummy and much healthier 🥰
