I got a call for a hospital bill once from a debt collector and they had my sons name with my DOB and I was like nope that’s not his DOB and they went oh ok and never called me again sooo I think it’s cleared 🤷🏼♀️🤣

The statue of limitations actually is biblical. And the collection clock starts at date of last payment so if you pay the collection agency $1 then the clock starts over
