I make mind just like but I use self raising four ,then I don't worry about the baking soda ,mind alway turns out great

For yall watching calories, I use zero calorie granulated white sugar, zero calorie granulated brown sugar and elevate zero bet carbs high protein flour! So good and fairly healthy
